- **Refunds:** If you are unsatisfied with our services, you may request a partial refund of the final 50% payment. Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be prorated based on work completed.  

- **Subscriptions:** Monthly subscription services will be billed one month after the purchase date and will automatically renew unless canceled in writing.
